Ladybug Crêpes with Strawberry and Raspberry Jam

  • 300g flour
  • 1 jar of Bonne Maman Intense Strawberry & Raspberry Jam
  • 40g dark chocolate
  • 40g cane sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 3 eggs
  • 50cl coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons of melted coconut oil

Steps

  1. Start by mixing together the flour, sugar and salt.
  2. Then gradually add the eggs, milk and finally the melted oil, mixing well. Watch out for little hands wanting to taste the pancake batter!
  3. For this second step, it's time to start cooking!
  4. Cook the pancakes in an oiled frying pan to prevent them from sticking.
  5. Once cooked and nicely browned, spread Bonne Maman's Intense Strawberry & Raspberry Jam on top. Don't hesitate to be generous!
  6. Then form a small stack of 5-6 pancakes.
  7. Let your creativity run wild: melt the chocolate in small pieces in a bain-marie and draw the details of your beautiful ladybird with a pastry pen (as shown in the photo).
