At our shop, you won't just be standing behind the counter: you'll be representing our cupcakes, baked goods and Bonne Maman products, prepared with care, heart, style and organisational skills.

Your tasks:

  • Sales and personalised advice for our customers
  • Decorating our cupcakes, including simple sugar decorations
  • Responsibility for day-to-day activities in the absence of the shop manager
  • Management and support of the team in its daily work
  • Barista duties and service in our café

Your profile:

  • Completed training in the field of catering or food service
  • Several years of professional experience in the service or sales sector
  • Excellent command of German and good knowledge of English
  • Flexibility for morning and evening teams
  • Independent and structured working method & sense of aesthetics

Administrative assistant

Are you organized, enjoy working independently, and feel comfortable with administrative tasks? Then you are exactly the person we are looking for! To strengthen our team, we are seeking an administrative assistant (50%) who will provide reliable and efficient daily administrative support from Monday to Friday.

Your tasks:

  • General administrative tasks
  • Prepare and process invoices and monitor cash expenditures
  • Check bank transfers and keep internal lists up to date
  • Personnel administration support
  • Organization and coordination of internal events and meetings

Your profile:

  • Commercial training AFP/CFC
  • Very good computer skills, especially MS Excel
  • Very good command of German (C1), English and French are an asset
  • Experience in a similar administrative role
  • Independent, reliable, and discreet working method
