As a member of the Bonne Maman Food Truck team, you will play an active role at our festivals and events. Together with your colleagues, you will help create a warm, enjoyable, and high-quality experience for our guests.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Preparing cupcakes, frozen yogurt, crêpes, and other treats
• Welcoming and assisting customers in a friendly manner
• Selling our products with enthusiasm and a positive attitude
• Managing cotton candy, cupcake, and popcorn stands, depending on the event
• Ensuring compliance with our quality, service, and hygiene standards
• Assisting with the setup and dismantling of the food truck on site
• Handling cash payments and processing customer orders

YOUR PROFILE

• Previous experience in hospitality, retail, or customer service is an advantage
• Good command of German and English (additional languages are a plus)
• Team spirit, reliability, and flexibility
• Enjoy working with customers and promoting high-quality products
• Ability to work under pressure and enthusiasm for festivals and events
• Willingness to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends

WHAT WE OFFER

• Salary: CHF 27 gross per hour

We’re offering you a great job on an hourly wage right in the heart of Basel.

Your tasks:

• Sales and customer advice, both in-store and over the phone
• Barista duties and customer service in our café
• Various cleaning tasks
• Cupcake Decorating

Your profile:

• Excellent command of spoken and written German, and good command of spoken English
• Professional experience in sales or customer service
• A positive and wonderful attitude at work; a cheerful and happy personality
• You have good manners and an appreciation for high-quality products
• You have no trouble working efficiently and in an organised manner 
  
• You are available to work with all our teams (shifts from 7 am to 7.30 pm) and you are looking for a long-term role (not a summer job)

Our facility is open during the day, Monday through Saturday. We are looking for flexible individuals who can work multiple shifts, such as to cover for colleagues who are on leave.
