Your Role—Much More Than Just Sales Do you love beautiful products, enjoy interacting with people, and like taking on responsibility? Then join our young and dynamic team in the heart of Bern.
At our store, you don’t just stand behind the counter—you showcase our carefully crafted cupcakes, pastries, and Bonne Maman products with passion, style, and organizational skills.
Your tasks:
- Sales and personalized advice for our customers
- Decorating our cupcakes, including simple sugar decorations
- Take responsibility for day-to-day management in the absence of the store manager
- Day-to-day guidance and support for the team
- Barista Duties and Customer Service in Our Café
Your profile:
- Completed training in the restaurant or food industry
- Several years of professional experience in the service or sales field
- Excellent command of German, good command of spoken English
- Flexibility regarding morning and evening work schedules
- Ability to work independently and in an organized manner, and an eye for aesthetics
