You love cupcakes and coffee, and it is precisely this passion that you share with our customers when advising them and selling our cupcakes. You are also a real team player and already have experience in sales. Your sense of initiative and positive attitude at work really set you apart.
We are offering you an attractive hourly-paid role in the heart of Bern.
Your tasks:
- Sales and personalised advice for our customers
- Barista duties and serving in our café
- Entering and updating data in our internal system
- Various cleaning tasks
- Cupcake decoration
Your profile:
- Excellent spoken and written German, as well as good spoken English
- Professional experience in sales or customer service
- A positive work ethic, a dynamic, cheerful and enthusiastic personality
- Excellent manners and an appreciation for fine products
- Flexible and available to work all our shifts (shifts from 8.00 am to 7.30 pm) and looking for a long-term role (not a holiday job)
Our establishment is open during the day, from Monday to Saturday. We are looking for flexible individuals who can cover various shifts, for example to stand in for colleagues on leave. translate into French
