My order


Payment for your purchases can be made by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, PostFinance), via Twint, or using a PayPal account.

Yes, it is completely secure.

By logging into your customer account, then going to the “Your Orders” section.

By clicking the Confirm button, you place a firm order for the items in your cart. The order confirmation is sent immediately after the order is placed by email. If you do not receive a confirmation within ten minutes after clicking the Confirm button, you should contact the seller by email.

  • For fresh products, contact the corresponding shop or write to cupcake@bonnemaman.ch.
  • For dry products, write to info@bonnemaman.ch.

Delivery


The delivery time for dry products is 5 working days. For express delivery, the time is 2 working days.

Fresh products must be ordered no later than 3 days before the desired delivery or pickup date, before noon. If the order is placed after this deadline, the seller is entitled to deliver the products after the requested date. 

When placing your order, you can enter a delivery address different from your billing address.

When placing the order, enter your friend’s address as the delivery address.

You also have the option to add a personalized message when confirming your order.

An order can only be shipped to one delivery address.

Orders placed on the Bonne Maman Switzerland website are only delivered to addresses located in Switzerland.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from La Poste. This email contains your tracking number.

Pick-ups are available in all our Bonne Maman stores (Click & Collect). When finalizing your order, indicate that you wish to pick it up in-store and make sure to select the correct store.

Products scheduled for in-store pickup must be collected at the chosen location on the agreed date, without any additional notification.

Returns & Refunds


We hope that Bonne Maman products give you complete satisfaction. However, if for any reason the product you ordered does not fully meet your expectations, you may return the product—provided it is unopened, unused, and in perfect condition—within 15 days from the date of receipt of your parcel.

The right of return does not apply when purchasing a gift voucher. Orders for fresh products can be canceled free of charge up to 7 days before the scheduled pickup or delivery date (beyond this period, the goods will be fully charged).

If your return shipment is due to an error on our part, we will refund the postage costs. Otherwise, return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Once your parcel has been received by our team, the refund will be processed within 14 days using the payment method used for the original purchase. Please note that the initial delivery costs will be refunded (in the case of returning an entire order) and that all products must be returned in their original packaging.

The refund will always be made using the payment method you selected when placing the order. Therefore, you must ensure that you have access to this payment method. The seller accepts no responsibility in this regard.  

My Customer Account


You can create your customer account when finalizing your online order, or simply by clicking on the small person-shaped icon at the top of the website and then selecting “Don’t have an account?”.

Creating your account will allow you to:

  • Join the loyalty program
  • Subscribe to the Bonne Maman newsletter to receive the latest news, information about our new products, and updates on Bonne Maman events.

You can update your addresses by logging into your account.

When logging into your account, click on the “Reset Password” link. An email will be sent to you.

By clicking on the “Unsubscribe” link located at the bottom of each Bonne Maman newsletter.

Loyalty programme

Simply create a Bonne Maman account online. Registration is quick and easy.

  • 1 CHF = 1 point
  • 200 points = 10 CHF discount
  • A paper bag is offered in-store for your purchases
  • A surprise on your birthday, sent by email

Your points are automatically accumulated with every purchase, whether in-store or online, as soon as you log in to your account.

You can check your points balance at any time from your Bonne Maman account.

You will be notified when your purchase is finalised or by our in-store team.

Yes, your points are valid on both channels.

Bonne Maman Boutiques & Cafés


Our Bonne Maman stores are located in Basel, Bern, Winterthur, and Zurich.

In each of them, you will find our Bonne Maman products as well as a selection of pastries and other treats, carefully prepared every day by our pastry chefs.

Comfortable spaces with seating are available for you to enjoy a delicious moment, either with your family or in complete tranquility.

We offer a Click & Collect service for our Bonne Maman products, as well as for our fresh items.

Fresh product collection is available by placing an online order, with a minimum lead time of 3 days before pickup.

You can order gift cards online or directly in-store, with predefined or customized amounts.

These vouchers can be used both on our online store and in our physical boutiques.

If the order cannot be picked up on time, we kindly ask you to inform us by phone. Otherwise, we will try to contact you to discuss the next steps. If the order is not collected, the costs will be fully charged to the buyer and an invoice will be issued.

Absolutely, you can sign up for the loyalty program both online and in-store.

Only electronic devices that are not functional are affected; this does not apply to devices that have already been used.

Our products


Compared to our Classic jams, Bonne Maman Intense jams are made with 60–67% fruit, while Classic jams contain the same amount of fruit and sugar.

After opening, we recommend keeping the jam in the refrigerator and consuming it within 3 weeks. For better preservation, please make sure to use a clean utensil each time.

All Bonne Maman recipes are made from carefully selected ingredients and do not contain palm oil.

Bonne Maman recipes may contain allergens (eggs, milk, nuts, or gluten). Before consuming any product, it is important to always check the ingredient list or contact us directly via our online form.

You can find our products mainly at Coop, Manor and Denner.

It may be temporarily out of stock or not available in that particular store. In this case, we recommend checking availability directly with the store or ordering from our website.
