- Skyr or Greek plain yogurt
- 1 pear
- Bonne Maman peanut butter
- 40g hazelnuts
- 40g almonds
- 40g pumpkin seeds
- 40g pecans
- 70g shredded coconut
- 250g rolled oats
- 4 tablespoons coconut oil
- 100 ml maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon liquid vanilla
Steps

Preheat your oven to 150°C.

Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl.

Bring the coconut oil and maple syrup to a boil with 2 tablespoons of water.

Pour the hot liquid over the dry ingredients and stir them together.

Place the mixture on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for 20 minutes.

Allow the granola to cool before breaking it into pieces.

The base for your autumn bowl is skyr or Greek yogurt.

Add the desired amount of granola, a few pieces of pear, and one to two spoonfuls of Bonne Maman peanut butter as a topping.

Your bowl is now ready to eat!
