Autumn Bowl
- Skyr or Greek plain yogurt
- 1 pear
- Bonne Maman peanut butter
- 40g hazelnuts
- 40g almonds
- 40g pumpkin seeds
- 40g pecans
- 70g shredded coconut
- 250g rolled oats
- 4 tablespoons coconut oil
- 100 ml maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon liquid vanilla
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 150°C.
- Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl.
- Bring the coconut oil and maple syrup to a boil with 2 tablespoons of water.
- Pour the hot liquid over the dry ingredients and stir them together.
- Place the mixture on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
- Allow the granola to cool before breaking it into pieces.
- The base for your autumn bowl is skyr or Greek yogurt.
- Add the desired amount of granola, a few pieces of pear, and one to two spoonfuls of Bonne Maman peanut butter as a topping.
- Your bowl is now ready to eat!
