Purple crêpes with Intense blueberry jam

  • 1 jar of Intense Blueberry Jam
  • 125g flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 25cl vanilla plant-based milk
  • 20g melted butter
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • Approximately 5cl of red fruit juice (you can extract the juice by crushing the fruit, or simply use ready-made juice)

Steps

  1. Start by weighing the flour, then add a pinch of salt and the eggs, and you can mix afterwards.
  2. Add the milk little by little until you get a smooth mixture, and finish with the butter.
  3. Now it’s time to add some color to your crêpes! First, add 5 cl of red fruit juice until you get a beautiful purple color, then 1 to 2 tablespoons of Bonne Maman Intense Blueberry Jam (there’s no need to add sugar to this recipe).
  4. Cook the crêpes on one side only to keep their beautiful purple color.
  5. Once ready, fill the inside of the crêpes with Bonne Maman Intense Blueberry Jam. Add your choice of fruits on top and finish with a white chocolate sauce for even more indulgence.
  6. Chop your chocolate into small pieces and place them in a bowl. Pour in a little hot liquid cream; this will help it melt. Count about 5 cl of cream for 40 g of chocolate.
  7. You can then plate your crêpes as shown in the photo and move on to tasting!
