- 150 g of Intense Peach Jam
- 40 g sugar
- 10 cl water
- The juice and zest of one lemon
- A few sprigs of rosemary
- 1 peach, cut into wedges
- 4 lemon slices
- 50 cl of lemonade

Place the Bonne Maman Intense Peach Jam in a saucepan with the sugar, water, lemon juice and zest, and the rosemary.

Bring everything to a boil, then simmer over low heat for about 15 minutes until the syrup begins to thicken. Strain the mixture and let it cool completely.

When ready to serve, pour a splash of syrup into the bottom of each glass (use one part syrup to six parts lemonade), add two peach wedges, half a slice of lemon, and top up with lemonade.

Serve well chilled.
