Mocktail with lemonade, peach jam and rosemary

  • 150g of Intense Peach Jam
  • 40g sugar
  • 10 cl water
  • The juice and zest of one lemon
  • A few sprigs of rosemary
  • 1 peach, cut into wedges
  • 4 lemon slices
  • 50 cl of lemonade

Steps

  1. Place the Bonne Maman Intense Peach Jam in a saucepan with the sugar, water, lemon juice and zest, and the rosemary.
  2. Bring everything to a boil, then simmer over low heat for about 15 minutes until the syrup begins to thicken. Strain the mixture and let it cool completely.
  3. When ready to serve, pour a splash of syrup into the bottom of each glass (use one part syrup to six parts lemonade), add two peach wedges, half a slice of lemon, and top up with lemonade.
  4. Serve well chilled.
Decor Tip: Sugaring the Rim of a Glass

As in our photo, would you like to add a decorative touch to your mocktail glasses? To do so, pour a little Bonne Maman Intense Peach Jam syrup onto a shallow plate and some granulated sugar onto another. Then simply dip the rim of your empty glasses first into the syrup plate, then into the sugar. Repeat the process a second time, and you're all set!
