Mocktail with lemonade, peach jam and rosemary
- 150g of Intense Peach Jam
- 40g sugar
- 10 cl water
- The juice and zest of one lemon
- A few sprigs of rosemary
- 1 peach, cut into wedges
- 4 lemon slices
- 50 cl of lemonade
Steps
- Place the Bonne Maman Intense Peach Jam in a saucepan with the sugar, water, lemon juice and zest, and the rosemary.
- Bring everything to a boil, then simmer over low heat for about 15 minutes until the syrup begins to thicken. Strain the mixture and let it cool completely.
- When ready to serve, pour a splash of syrup into the bottom of each glass (use one part syrup to six parts lemonade), add two peach wedges, half a slice of lemon, and top up with lemonade.
- Serve well chilled.
Decor Tip: Sugaring the Rim of a Glass
As in our photo, would you like to add a decorative touch to your mocktail glasses? To do so, pour a little Bonne Maman Intense Peach Jam syrup onto a shallow plate and some granulated sugar onto another. Then simply dip the rim of your empty glasses first into the syrup plate, then into the sugar. Repeat the process a second time, and you're all set!
