Marble cake with hazelnut and cocoa spread
- 135 g ground hazelnuts
- 135 g flour
- 3 eggs
- 80 g powdered sugar
- 130 g Bonne Maman hazelnut and cocoa spread
- 125 g butter
- 8 tablespoons of milk
- 2 tablespoons of liquid cream
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
Steps
- In a bowl, mix the sugar and melted butter together well. Add the eggs, cream, and milk and mix well.
- Add all dry ingredients: flour, hazelnut flour, and baking powder.
- Divide the dough into two equal parts and place in two separate bowls. Add the Bonne Maman hazelnut and cocoa spread to one part.
- Alternately layer the two batter mixtures in a greased loaf pan.
- Bake in the oven at 180°C for 40 to 45 minutes.
- Allow to cool before enjoying.
