Marble cake with hazelnut and cocoa spread

  • 135 g ground hazelnuts
  • 135 g flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 80 g powdered sugar
  • 130 g Bonne Maman hazelnut and cocoa spread
  • 125 g butter
  • 8 tablespoons of milk
  • 2 tablespoons of liquid cream
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

Steps

  1. In a bowl, mix the sugar and melted butter together well. Add the eggs, cream, and milk and mix well.
  2. Add all dry ingredients: flour, hazelnut flour, and baking powder.
  3. Divide the dough into two equal parts and place in two separate bowls. Add the Bonne Maman hazelnut and cocoa spread to one part.
  4. Alternately layer the two batter mixtures in a greased loaf pan.
  5. Bake in the oven at 180°C for 40 to 45 minutes.
  6. Allow to cool before enjoying.
