Frozen yogurt with Bonne Maman blueberry jam

  • 200 g Greek yogurt (or a very thick natural yogurt)
  • 2 to 3 tbsp honey or icing sugar (to taste)
  • 4 heaped tsp Bonne Maman blueberry jam
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract (optional)

Steps

  1. Prepare the base - In a bowl, mix the yogurt, honey (or icing sugar), and vanilla if using. - Taste and adjust sweetness to your preference.
  2. Fill the jars - In each small jar, place a spoonful of blueberry jam at the bottom. - Add the yogurt mixture on top, filling to the brim. - For a marbled effect, swirl lightly with a stick or spoon.
  3. Freezing - Smooth the top, insert a small stick if you want to unmold them like popsicles (optional). - Freeze for 3–4 hours until firm but not too hard.
  4. Enjoy - Let sit for 5 minutes at room temperature before eating for a creamier texture. - Serve as is or with a few fresh blueberries on top for a wow effect.
