Delicious crêpes with strawberry jam

  • 200g flour
  • 40g sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 vanilla bean
  • 3 eggs
  • 500ml of milk
  • 70g butter
  • Strawberry jam
  • Whipped cream (homemade)
  • 200g strawberries
  • Sliced almonds

Steps

  1. Place the flour, sugar, salt, and vanilla bean seeds in a bowl.
  2. Stir and add the eggs, then gradually add the milk. Mix well to avoid lumps. Finally, add the melted butter and stir again. Let the mixture rest for at least 1 hour.
  3. Heat your pan over medium heat. Pour a ladleful of crêpe batter into the hot pan. Spread the batter evenly across the pan. When the batter changes color, flip the crêpe and cook for the same amount of time on the other side.
  4. Top your crêpe with a tablespoon of Bonne Maman strawberry jam, a spoonful of whipped cream, a few chopped strawberries, and a handful of sliced almonds.
