- 150 g of flour
- 75 g of granulated sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 75 g of butter at room temperature
- 1 egg
- A generously filled jar of Bonne Maman Hazelnut & Cocoa spread

1 spatula

1 round cookie cutter

1 baking tray + parchment paper
Steps

In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, and salt.

Add the butter in small pieces. Rub the dough with your fingertips until sandy.

Add the egg and mix with a spatula until you get a smooth dough.

Form a ball, then roll out the dough to 2–3 mm thickness.

Cut out biscuits with the round cutter.

Place on a baking tray and bake for 10 minutes at 200°C. Let cool.

Generously spread half of the biscuits with Bonne Maman Hazelnut & Cocoa spread.

Close with another biscuit to create a sandwich.

Press gently so the spread slightly shows on the edges.
