  • 150 g of flour
  • 75 g of granulated sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 75 g of butter at room temperature
  • 1 egg
  • A generously filled jar of Bonne Maman Hazelnut & Cocoa spread
  • 1 mixing bowl
  • 1 rolling pin
  • 1 spatula
  • 1 round cookie cutter
  • 1 baking tray + parchment paper

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, and salt.
  2. Add the butter in small pieces. Rub the dough with your fingertips until sandy.
  3. Add the egg and mix with a spatula until you get a smooth dough.
  4. Form a ball, then roll out the dough to 2–3 mm thickness.
  5. Cut out biscuits with the round cutter.
  6. Place on a baking tray and bake for 10 minutes at 200°C. Let cool.
  7. Generously spread half of the biscuits with Bonne Maman Hazelnut & Cocoa spread.
  8. Close with another biscuit to create a sandwich.
  9. Press gently so the spread slightly shows on the edges.
