Lace crepes
- 200 g wheat flour
- 40 g sugar
- 4 eggs
- 50 cl milk
- 50 g butter
- 1 jar of Bonne Maman Mara des bois jam
Steps
- Melt the butter in a saucepan, stirring constantly. When it begins to foam and turns a nice brown color, remove it from the heat and let it cool.
- Mix the wheat flour, sugar, eggs, and milk in a bowl. Pour in the nut butter and strain it through a fine sieve. Mix the dough in a blender or with a hand blender.
- Chill for 1 hour. Pour the batter into either a freezer bag or a bottle with a fine tip.
- Heat up a heart-shaped or regular pan. When it's hot, add a knob of butter and then draw hearts by adjusting the flow of the crêpe batter from your freezer bag or bottle. Cook for a few minutes on both sides.
- Place a full crêpe on a plate, top it with Bonne Maman Mara des bois jam, and cover it with a lace crêpe before enjoying it!
Note: Swirls, lace, lattice patterns—let your imagination run wild!
