chocolate biscuits
- 150g flour
- 75g powdered sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 75g butter at room temperature
- 1 egg
- A jar of Bonne Maman Hazelnut & Cocoa spread, filled to the brim
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, and salt.
- Add the butter in small pieces. Rub the dough together with your fingertips.
- Add the egg and mix with a spatula until you obtain a smooth batter.
- Form a ball and roll out the dough to a thickness of 2-3 mm.
- Cut out the cookies with a round cookie cutter.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes at 200°C. Allow to cool.
Assembling the biscuits:
- Spread half of the cookies generously with Bonne Maman hazelnut and cocoa spread.
- Cover with a second cookie to create a sandwich.
- Press gently; the spread should be slightly visible around the edges.
Presentation: Place the sandwiches in a lunch box ready to slip into a backpack.
