Vinaigrette confiture de framboise Bonne Maman
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- A few finely chopped shallots
- The bottom of the Bonne Maman jam still present in the jar
Steps
- Add the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and mustard to the almost empty jar of raspberry jam.
- Add the chopped shallots.
- Close the lid, shake well... and it's ready!
Tip: This recipe works wonderfully with strawberry, fig, apricot, and of course raspberry jams. Perfect to enhance a seasonal salad!
