  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • A few finely chopped shallots
  • The bottom of the Bonne Maman jam still present in the jar

Steps

  1. Add the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and mustard to the almost empty jar of raspberry jam.
  2. Add the chopped shallots.
  3. Close the lid, shake well... and it's ready!
Tip: This recipe works wonderfully with strawberry, fig, apricot, and of course raspberry jams. Perfect to enhance a seasonal salad!
