  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 càc de moutarde
  • A few finely chopped shallots
  • The remaining Bonne Maman jam left in the jar

Steps

  1. In the almost empty raspberry jam jar, add olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and mustard.
  2. Add the chopped shallots.
  3. Close the lid, shake well… and it’s ready!
Tip: This recipe works wonderfully with strawberry, fig, apricot, and of course raspberry jams. Perfect to enhance a seasonal salad!
