Vinaigrette confiture de framboise Bonne Maman
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 càc de moutarde
- A few finely chopped shallots
- The remaining Bonne Maman jam left in the jar
Steps
- In the almost empty raspberry jam jar, add olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and mustard.
- Add the chopped shallots.
- Close the lid, shake well… and it’s ready!
Tip: This recipe works wonderfully with strawberry, fig, apricot, and of course raspberry jams. Perfect to enhance a seasonal salad!
