Christmas star
- 2 round sheets of puff pastry
- Approximately 5 (generous) tablespoons of hazelnut and cocoa spread
- 1 egg
- Granulated sugar (optional)
Steps
- Roll out the puff pastry and spread Bonne Maman spread on top.
- Place the second sheet of puff pastry on top.
- Place a round container in the middle and cut it first into four pieces around the edge, then into eight, then into sixteen. Roll each strip once to the left and once to the right. (See photo below).

Brush with egg and bake in the oven at 220°C for around 20 minutes.
