Steps

1. Place a thin layer of pebbles at the bottom of the jam jar: they provide better aeration for the soil and prevent the roots of the plants from being constantly submerged in water. Add some potting soil.
2. Moisten the potting soil using the spray bottle.
3. Plant the small plants by gently exposing their roots and filling in with moist potting soil.
4. Decorate with a few wooden chips.
5. Decorate the small sign.
6. Glue the wooden stick to the back of the sign with hot glue to create a small standing sign.
7. Close the terrarium and attach the sign with the jute twine.
8. Here is a list of small green plants that could fit in the terrarium: Fittonia, succulents, small ferns, asparagus. If too much moisture builds up on the walls of the terrarium, simply open it for a few hours to let the ecosystem regulate itself.
