A small Bonne Maman jam jar 30 g

A small wooden log slice

Natural elements: fir branches, pine cones, cinnamon sticks, cardamom, dried berries

A thin candle with a 1.2 cm diameter

White acrylic paint

Gold metallic paint

A flat paintbrush

Steps

Apply one to two coats of white paint to the empty Bonne Maman jar. Let it dry.

Using the flat brush, lightly and delicately add a few gold strokes here and there to create a distressed (patina) effect. Let it dry.

In the center of the lid, cut a cross using the craft knife.

Turn it over and fold each small triangle inward.

Close the Bonne Maman glass jar with the lid, then add the candle. Glue the candle holder onto one of the folded inner triangles.

Screw the Bonne Maman jam jar closed with the lid and add the candle.
