Bonne Maman Jam-Filled Teddy Bear Cookies
- 175 g flour
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 125 g butter (cold)
- 3 tablespoons cold water
Steps
- Mix the sugar, salt, and flour.
- Add the butter cut into cubes and mix with your hands until you get a crumbly texture.
- Add the cold water and form a dough ball.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Then roll out the shortcrust pastry and cut out 6 bear shapes with a cookie cutter. Cut a small heart in the center of 3 of them.
- Bake for 15 minutes at 170°C.
- Let cool after removing from the oven.
- Spread jam on the whole bear, then place the bear with the heart cutout on top.
