Our star of the month: the walnut and caramel cupcake! A divinely moist vanilla cake, sprinkled with finely chopped walnuts, topped with a delicately creamy caramel frosting and, to top it all off, golden caramelised walnuts that give this little masterpiece an irresistible crunch.
